Project Overview
In downtown Chicago, Hyatt Regency McCormick Place offers a convention center hotel experience. Attracting close to three million visitors annually, Hyatt Regency identified the need for more effective directional signage to help visitors navigate the premises. That led to the installation of four Clarity® Matrix® LCD Video Wall Systems at key locations in the hotel.
The installations include a 4x2 configuration behind a concierge desk, a 3x2 configuration at the end of a ground floor hallway leading to the convention center, a 2x3 configuration at the opposite end of the hallway, and a 2x2 configuration at the base of an escalator leading to Hyatt meeting spaces. The video walls deliver crisp and vibrant wayfinding. Hyatt Regency also uses the displays for promotions, advertising and communications.
